What do you think?

Is it correct to eat meals at certain times during the day, whether or not you actually feel hungry?

Why is this approach superior to letting your food intake regulate itself, i.e. eating when you are hungry?

I don't structure my diet. I just live by thsi motto:

AS MUCH PROTIEN AS POSSIBLE. AT ALL TIMES.

The reason for structure is to ensure maximum nutrient - and protein - assimilation. Supposedly, your body can only process a certain amount of protein in a given period, the rest gets pissed out. Also, the mixing of other nutrients helps to process protein more efficiently. That's why they say to eat every 2-3 hours.
