Friday i`ll be carbing up for my comp on sat.
Any ideas on what & when to eat ?
Dont forget i`ll only have a few k body weight
to play with .

didnt see this sorry mate. surely the best thing would be low glyceimic carbs so it last longer?

pastas, spuds, oats, the usual suspects really.

id go for spag bol for breakfast with chips.

Depends on the individual I guess; if I eat too much beforehand I feel bloated and tired out.

can you not weigh in as early as possible before the comp then get your bloat on?
