im gonna rest more, eat lots of food and train
I would probably train if I was at home but I'm staying at the missus'. I don't have a set timetable anyway though, so I'll be training xmas eve and boxing day I expect.

i wish.
i'm going to see a new guy about my back tomorrow and he's already told me i'll probably have to take a little break from lifting :(
Yep, I'll be training over the xmas period and will not be letting my diet subside. I see these 3 weeks (the time I have off from uni) as a chance to get ahead of the rest of the pack who will be scoffing their faces and taking it easy over the festive period.
Xmas day is on a Saturday, which is always my off day diet wise, and I train Mon, Wed and Fri so will be training on xmas day. However, come boxing day, back to normal diet and cardio!

Good attitude Ap! Im the same with my bulking lol!
Yes things get really busy for me over xmas and new year.
At least there will be lots of food on the go.
I'll probably train a little. Nothing too severe mind :023:
...sort of. I'll be training 23rd and 27th probly. My biggest prob is that my gym owners seem to be exceptionally lazy and close as much as poss over holiday periods.
Will be getting all sorts of food down't head though!

yep, but it's at a Bally's by my parents house. How did Kubrick put it, the chrome and fern crowd? Yeah, that's about right.
I will be as I'll be training in my trusty garage gym... haha..

YOU KNOW THE ANSWER TO THAT FROM ME PIKEANATOR!!!!!
We work in a gym, yet I am the only member of the Fitness Team, who has done any training over the Christmas period! Appalling for people who work in the industry and are suppossed to be setting an example to the general public.

So did I !!!!!!!!!
I didn't mean you anyway, you have an injury. I meant the rest of the lazy good-for-nothings, we work with. They are all experts at getting drunk though.
