agreed, but i doubt you could find one powerlifter who can do a plank properly

i dont do planks
if i wanted core stabilisation i would do TGUs or snatches/OHS

the whole idea of a plank is to maintain a neutral spine, hes kyphotic in that picture

*Hopefully* the picture was taken just before he lowered his ass into the correct position. I like (in a non-pleasurable way) planks and OHS. Gotta try some heavy TGU's soon, good plan!
