Still can't get my head around this. Competed as a junior at the WPC worlds but without a suit, just a leotard. Equals Mark Henry's all time record in just wraps. He's eighteen. What the ****!

What facebook page? The page the vid is on is Hi Rep Al's, who, going purely by his thick cockney accent, I am reasonably sure is not Polish.

Aye it's the Egyptian kid, Ahmed Hassanin. Everyone told me he was 200kg too but the WPC results have him at 180.

dont the scales only go upto 180kg, at the british last year they had to just go off what glen told them iirc

The scales went up to 200kg and glen was over that so they put him down as 200kg+!

If it is the guy at 3:40 then I don't believe that IS a leotard look how much it's pinching his legs. I realise he's large and leotard sizing might be an issue but I don't believe a leotard could possibly be tight enough to pinch his legs that much without ripping across his arse at the bottom. WPC/BPC never seem to do kit-checks (not that I've seen) so I guess we'll never know for sure.

Regardless that is ****ING impresive

and Timmy - Tom tells me you and Vinny had a chat with him at the WPC worlds and he suggested the reason for Vinny's weight loss was AIDS! Haha

Why would they do kit checks, you're allowed anything short of atomic weapons anyway aren't you? I did wonder at the legitimacy of the leotard claim..... I don't know, wonder if Alan or anyone got a close look at it to say either way...
