Laxatives, anti-psychotics, pro-hormones etc.? What are you people on, the guy asked for a supplement...

Man of Steel, there was a thread on MT about this once, there was some old school thing that was mentioned, but I can't remember. Sorry. :022:

I think vitamin B12 or B5 has been shown to increase appetite I personally find that a walk outside in fresh air and chewing gum does wonders to stimulate my appetite

There is some very bad advice in this thread...

I know, if in future a guy asks how to reduce his appetite. Tell him to kill himself. His appetite would be non existant then :D

Man of Steel, what's the problem mate? Are you having difficulty eating enough food to build more muscle?

How about getting drinking some of your food? ( ie making milkshakes ).

I find that I can eat more if the food tastes damn good so it might be a good idea to get hold of a cook book and try some new recipes.

I think I'm just eating enough to gain muscle but I think I'd be safer if I ate more. I often find I'm not hungry when I face a meal so I dread eating it and have to force it down but when I'm hungry I can eat alot more food. I like protein milkshakes but I already have two a day and I don't have a blender to make my own.

Maybe bump the calorie content up of those shakes then?

Either more protein, or put some blended oats in there... or both.

Staring next week I'm going to stick religiously to consuming five meals, a gallon of milk and doubling the volume of protein shake with oats in it each day. I use the tasty Argos protein powder but it's £20 for two weeks worth. Does anyone know a cheaper source to buy protein?
