Hi, I'll make it brief. I'm meant to do speed deads tomorrow DE, last week I did them instead of cleans due to.....reasons. Anyway, last week I alternated sumo and conventional stance, I've seen this recommended since (just felt like a good idea at the time I did it)...so...
Do you reckon I should alternate stance or stick with conventional (my stance)? Or even just do sumo to work on weaknesses?
