A bit shitty i know as you can see ive only gained 10kg on my squat and bench in a year but i was also a very fit mountain biker untill a few weeks back, i am now giving this up so i shouldnt have that pulling my strength and size gains down. Its time to aim big, oh yeah im skinny too but thats no excuse i gotta lift!

With a good training program you should easily be able to add 200-300lbs(90-135kg) by the end of next year.

Even the first 10-14 weeks you should gain +100lbs on your total.

Thatd be something else, i will have to look into it, as i said before i am not intending to soley be a power lifter but i do enjoy doing it and being strongish <buff>
