Chad Waterbury advocates this and I have to say it puts a very controversial spin on things, however splitting workouts into two parts performed hours between each other to get two anabolic responses a day seems like an interesting theory.

sometimes i split my sessions into 2 this week i will probably do my 3 sessions over 5 workouts, i find i can lift just a smidge more on each sesh cos i am fresh rather than becoming fatigued as the workout goes on

Yeah looks good! If I had a home gym I'd probably give it a go!

not to hijack your thread Knighty, but has anyone tried the workout Chad Waterbury prescribes in that thread? Having gone back to a full body routine, I'm tempted to try this. My only hesitation is that he recommends changing the exercises with every workout. I've never heard anyone advocate this before, so I'm a little wary.
