No worries, I randomly turned on this morning and caught that. I know half of the lifters at least slightly.

It wasn't a bad watch at all apart from them making up weightclasses now and again, also amusing that they pronounced Koing's name about 8 different ways.

that young girl had insane strenght, read about her before.

There's another young(ish) girl with pretty mad strength that trains at Palace. I think she's power snatched at least 65, while weighing around 60 and has only been lifting a year...
