Just wondering where all your bench grips are relative to the ring on an Oly. bar.

Mine used to be what everyone else calls 'close grip', now its pinky on the rings (my comp grip).

middle fingers on the rings here. that seems to be the best placement to get both chest and tri-ceps involved.

no pinky winky for me. a bit outside what close grip is. if you take close grip to be what you end up with your arms straight (like a zombie walking) then my bench grip is slightly weider (!) than that. about an inch or so before the ring. thats IIRC. if not i will update you.
