anyone have any ideas for a kettlebell workout/circuit i can do either for martial arts or just general?
i only have one kettlebell which makes following the ones i find online difficult
alt swings
to
alt clean & press
to
squat with KB
assuming you can go to a park
5 minutes of swings
throw the kettlebell as far as possible and sprint after it x 10e/s
10 minutes tgu's
or the best kettlebell exercise for fighters according to the american kettlebell club (http://www.americankettlebellclub.com/blog/?m=200709)
