right.. was doing those bridges for the glutes. never done them before. a few hours after doing them i felt something like DOMS in the mid region of my back. this lasted for a few days, gradually diminishing.
yesterday whilst doing BB curls :041: i felt a very strong contraction/whatever in the same region of my back and had all the air pushed out of me. i had relaxed my torso (my abs etc.. were not held tight) and it happened. i felt winded sort of. i now have that same DOMS feeling.
any ideas what i've done? this was yesterday, its slightly better today.
