i know this'll make me sound like a right idiot but thought i'd post it for entertainment value...
my copy of 'core performance' arrived today. i decided to read it on the way to work. reading about how to activate my TA, did as the book said, decided to try and keep it up for the rest of the day. walking up the escalator, pretty chuffed at how well i was doing, forgot how to put one foot in front of the other and fell down the escalator. ended up with a huge lump and bruise on my knee, knuckles cut open... my lip hit the escalator but luckily i didn't smash my mouth open too. i arrived at work with blood dripping down my hand and had to spend my shift with blue plasters and surgical tape wrapped around my knuckles (very sexy). will look even better tomorrow with scabs on my knuckles - i'll look well 'ard. will threaten guys to dance with me, or else...
