My arms have got to that point where are nearly better but not quite there yet. Every injury I've ever had, and theres been a few, never were completely better before I started training again. I'm a firm believer that the cause is always part of the cure in the end. Just dont go back at the level you were at when you got said injury.
So what do you think? yay or nay?
keep your slippers on! One extra week of possibly unnecessary rest or the threat of another 4-6 weeks off with injury.

How about you be stupid, go in your pipe and slippers, choke your grandad
and stop being a fag and eat some dweebs (not to be mistaken with nerds, dweebs were better, although it can be argued midget gems eclipse them both).
Seriously though, do it but take it easy.

Actually, I just want some sleep! I got home from work at 2.30am on Sat and I still gave him Reiki, to help his recovery!

I voted 'No', but only because I'm too busy to go to my Judo class and don't see why you should get to go and have fun whilst I write up a damn report! :)
