Hey guys,

Need some advice, my Squat is totally crap, always has been.
I'm currently deadlifting 180x3x3, I think I could do 200 1RM, ATG Front Squat is miles off at 85x3x8, probably 100kg 1RM, and I don't know how to bring it up any quicker.
I'm doing Leg Press to build up my quad strength, along with some core work, and I am making good progress with it, but it just never feels strong.

Anyone got any tips/exercises that has helped their squat improve?

Probably be better off front squatting twice or thrice a week, one for reps, one heavier then maybe a back-off day too; maybe the 5x5 routine Scourge posted in the Beginners section but switch squats to front squats if that's your focus.

in the words of someone else, squat more.
i squat twice a week now, once for mid reps once for low reps/singles. you aint gona increase anything to quickly by doing high reps, imo.
