I`m going for a bulking day PB on sat & am going to try
& consume around 8000 cals or more.
Anybody fancy joining me in this experiment ?
I`ll post my food list & how i fared on sun morn :jedi:
8k is a lot.
I am going for 6k without using any crap or cheating with gallons of olive oil.
May do this Friday.
If I was training at the moment I'd be up for that challenge, 8000 is pretty swole!
8k! **** that would be some good going, I think you'll struggle unless some of it is in liquid form (shakes etc)
Shakes will definately be used.

Got nowhere near my calorie intake ,loads of
snags that held me back.

Yeah definately, if you're gonna do 8000cal you might as well enjoy it. In fact if anybody could do 8000 clean that would be very impressive eating.
I remember an interview with Vic Richards where he
said he ate up to 30000 calories a day (clean) :049:

I just looked up Victor Richards on google to see some of his claims

Moreover, he still claims that they're "clean" calories. No fats or MCTs, *and* he doesn't believe in using a blender - he never drinks his calories.
So, supposedly he gets 30,000 calories from eating the following meal 5-6 times a day (someone should calculate the actual numbers):
Meal:
3 pounds of brown rice.
5 chicken breasts.
15-20 egg whites.
2 cans of corn.
1 can of pineapple.

It'd be easy to get 6000 clean cals if you drank them, just nail a load of oats tons of olive oil, coconut milk and ground almonds. Also, the above meal 6 times a day insane.

Bored today and reading T-Nation where Dan Duchaine had this to say about Vic Richards... Dan: Sure, sure, but the secret is to keep it when you diet it off. First of let me say this. People lie. Vic Richards does not eat 15,000 calories. The guy pretty much can't count, he's so stupid. The guy wouldn't be able to count up the boxes with a calculator if the boxes were in front of him so I doubt 15,000.
You need this
1 pint whole milk
400ml double cream
200g whey
2 desert spoons honey/sugar to taste (if desired)
3000 cals (give or take 200)
180g Protein
200g Fat!
40g Carbs
Takes 5 minutes to prepare
I'm not one for keeping a stringent look at my diet.
I thought for a laugh i'd stick my eating today down as its typical. If you have any comments please feel free to post, but please don't recommend anything that either tastes like shit or takes forever to prepare.
7am: 2 Pieces of toast,4 weetabix with full milk = 564kal Protein 24.8g Fat 16.2g
830am: Kit Kat = 107kal Protein 1.2g Fat 5.6g
1030am: Tuna Mayo & Cheese Mix, Slice of Cake, Box of Strawberries = 940kal Protein 58.3g Fat 41.2g
1pm: 2 Chicken Legs, Fruit Corner, Peach, Kit Kat = 895kal Protein 61.6g Fat 36.7g
5pm Spag Bol / Ice cream = 870kal Protein 40.0g Fat 33.0g
Total 3376 Kal Protein 185.9g Fat 132.7g
I suppose looking at my average day you can see why i'm a porker. I'm hoping i'll get a yyyyyyyyyeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh from Narcus.

I might try it with you Will as i have sat off work -should be a good laugh. It's easy with shakes, i used to consume 8000cals every day when i used mutant mass .

Big omlette with cheese and spinach (just had this now quality meal)
Pasta
Several fat shakes with loads of oats

Don't know if i'll be having that for breki mate i just wrote down some foods i'd eat if i were gonna do an 8000+ cal day ! With you on the Somerfield choc milk that is a quality tasting 1000 cals.
i think with clean food such as steak your making it hard for yourself. You need to crack onto scotch eggs and pork pies

Sure, steak as a daily food is "reasonably" calorific, but when going for a kcal PB there are better options
You've got to think long-term for the day though. Sometimes if you eat a load of shit you can eat loads in the one meal but then feel rubbish for the rest of the day so can't get as much in. On the other hand, I could eat a 32oz steak then have plenty space for afters and carry on later.
