Eh up all,

theres a couple of things in my new program (http://www.iron-city.net/showthread.php?t=290) that ive not done before....
:
farmers walk
zerchers
woodchoppers

anyone got any guideline weights (e.g as a %age of squat weight or something) that i should be looking at starting with?

Oh reps are:
Zercher Squats 6x3
Woodchoppers 3x10
Farmers Walk x till hands fall off

for farmers start with 1/2 bodyweight per hand

for zerchers start with 60kg for form, then work up to about 50 to 70% squat 1rm

dont know aobut the other one
