Where can i get my body fat tested?

Buy a pair of calipers? Not sure how accurate they are in absolute terms if you are unskilled but if your result reduces over time you know you're moving in the right direction. I bought a set off eBay for about a tenner.

Yeah I picked up a pair of accumeasures for £9 off ebay the other day, I think Loughborough Uni does water displacement BF testing if you can get over to Notts, not heard of a commercial DEXA scan place in the uk used to just do BF - Hospitals use em to measure bone density so you could try convince your GP you need one!

So i have calipers, bought them years ago and never used them. You reckon do it myself (get Mrs Chi to do it) and follow the link below

I just go off iliac personally as that's my most stubborn area. Possibly less of an indicator of overall composition but a better indicator for my progress as it's the area I'm most concerned about.

I got some calipers and got a mate to do the 7 point test on me. Had great fun doing it on him, as the fat **** came out at 23%!

232lbs. Wouldn't have a clue mate, gets very difficult to tell visually once you go above 20%. Tape measure method has me at 24.4.
