I wouldnt bother unless u have money to burn or are just watching for the fun of it, it doesnt really give u any insight into Jay Schroeder's methods, itll show u some excersise but you will come away still not knowing how he implements them or sets up a program.

I'm buying it for fun really but I'm sure I will learn something from it as I'm into all that funny crap he does

If ur intrested in that sort of stuff u could link it to DB hammer's methods and you would be able to program with most of what he does.

Its all stuff like force absorption, rfi's, eqi's, reactive squats, reactive bench, vibration massgae and ice between sets, ems, fast eccentrics, ada drops e.t.c

Feel free to give me loan of it :p

Yeh its good if u want to understand his system.............but the language he uses is just stupid beyond belief, and i dont mean terms like OI's and all the abreviations -there not so bad - its just the genral language he uses that makes it a pain to read, things he could say in 50 words he says in 500 and in those 500 he switches any word that sounds remotley simple for a word that means the same but is far more "advanced".

Oh yeh and i got it from his first site.
