Clicky (http://selfprotection.lightbb.com/general-f2/links-t5990.htm) for a load of links to eBook downloads. Quite a few are martial art-related and some are pretty dross but there are a few gems on there; Gourmet Nutrition and some Pavel KB stuff too.

Make sure your setting are sorted, plus disable acting as a seed - if people are d/l off you it will only hinder your own d/l progress.

hmm, still seems to be dead.

i have 1(1) seeds and 14(16) peers if that means anything? just did a connection speed check it apparently im capable of 1400kb's but nothing is happening

Sloth

is there a way to connect to the seed only, it says that all the peers im connected to have 21.6% same as me, so obviously theres an issue there, any ideas anyone?

Been reading Chad Waterbury's Muscle Revolution since downloading it and have to say its superb. Might not be that challenging scientifically like Supertraining or similar but a good read imo.

Not worth downloading...

you'd think, but due to the myriad of bosu ball, kettlercise, raw vegan paleo twinks with a blog and an ebook its nice to see some one reminding us how lifting basic heavy weights has worked for many many years (even if i only download it, print it out at work and read it on the shitter)

And anyway, as Brian Dobson was Ronnie Coleman's trainer this should be required reading for Andy now he is a bber
