I have a morning shake of whey+oats and a PWO consisting of the same, other that I get in as much protein/complex carbs whenever I remember to eat (quite often) and if I can't get good food/dont feel like it I shovel whatever shit I feel like down my throat!

All of my eating is usually planned, but I never eat anything I don't like the taste of.wake up meal
second meal
lunch
fourth meal
dinner
pre bed meal

is pretty much the format I used, but I won't be when I break back into training and will only eat three basic meals with a couple of snacks (protein shakes, fruit, meat salads, etc)

I jumped straight back into six meals a day last time and gained a nice gut:043:

I structure my meals, not necessarily through choice as most of my meals fit in when I have time to eat, i.e. work breaks.

Breakfast
Morning Break
Lunch Break
Afternoon Break
Tea-Time
Pre-Bed Meal

On days off from work, though I eat when I am hungry which is normally every 2-3 hours anyways.

I just eat when I feel like it. Being a bum, that's quite often, and as a result I'm now a big, fat, dynamo! <buff>

I eat upon waking then just look at the clock and eat every three hours. It's great!

I don't think I could eat more often but I could eat a bit more food if needed.

My watch goes funky-nuts at me every 2hrs. At that time I shovel as much down my neck as poss.

Sometimes that is as little as some nuts and a whey in milk, other times thats a whole chicken and half a loaf of bread.
