I do a crazy amount of cardio due to my job as a Fitness Instructor, weight train 3 times a week, do Yoga, have climbed mountains here and in Northern Potugal, played racket sports like squash, badminton and tennis, run and walked many Marathons, done the 3 Peaks Challenge in 20 hours, done Tae Kwon Do, partipated in many Fitness conventions etc etc and fortunately have never had an injury, never been to a physio, never seen a chiropractor, never taken a pain killer or ibuprofen, never used deep heat, tiger balm or such like. One month I did 49 Spin (indoor cycle) classes on top of my regular weight training and cardio, potentially leaving me suseptible to injury but I was absolutely fine, not a twinge! I was still full of energy!
I am not bragging, I am verY grateful that for years and years I have punished my body and never even experienced a twinge. I count my blessings. I know one day my luck may run out but I believe being a Reiki Master Practioner keeps my Chakras (energy centres) balanced.
There seems to be a lot of injuries on this forum, anyone here never had one?????
never had a prolonged one touch wood, normally little issues that go after a week or a change to stretching etc.
ditto sloth, well never had an injury due to training, had a bicep strain or some shit due to drunk arm wrestles a few years back

no injuries for me
I've never broken anything. The only injury I've had is a pulled neck muscle from playing rugby, which lasted about a week and didn't stop me training.

I've never injured myself doing cardio. My worst injuries have all been sports related (moutainbiking, agressive skating mainly). A few were drunken-mission related! I've had one or two twinges in my back due to lifting but mainly ok in the gym. I bet some of the american football players here have had some good ones!
You’re all a bunch of lucky mofo’s!
I've only ever broken one bone and that was my wrist when I was 15.
However 2007 was a nightmare year injury wise! My knee went pop when squatting and I tore the medial ligament, was on crutches for a fortnight last March. Whilst 90% better managed to do something horrible to my back deadlifting a car in June whilst competing in Devonstrongman, not sure what but was bent out of shape for a couple of months, got 90% fit only for my back to pop again squatting in October (as can be seen from my log). Thankfully my back has all but cleared up so regard myself as 99% injury free. I’m now deliberately easing back into squatting and deadlifting and am constantly fighting the desire to put some heavy weight on the bar. Dread to think how much I’ve spent at the chiro over the last year.
Hoping for an injury free year!
i couldn't squat for a while due to some shameful DL form, think it was only a twinge to begin with but i kept aggravating it by doing things before it was healed. Never saw a doc or anything as it wasn't too bad.

no, not for i guess 6 years
Never had an injury that has stopped me training just the odd twinge now and then that lasts a couple of days. Quite lucky but I guess i am still young-ish (Nearly 26)
Always carrying a few knocks at any given time but I aint never had a need to lay on a stretcher, Which is as good as injury free you can get in this game.
2 broken arms
Various fingers pointin wrong ways
its hard to tell though. Coz I dont go to the doctor! Im pretty sure Ive broken a few more bones, injured the odd ligament but I never got it seen to.
Ive been told I might have Ulnar Tunnel syndrome due to some nerve damage. Where ure little finger and half ure ring finger are numb. Too many helmets to the forearms is my guess.
Ive dished out a fair few sports injuries though

oo-er missus
Nothing except for a bit of impingement due to lifting; rugby has been my main problem when it comes to injuries:
Ruptured ACL (right)
Torn lateral meniscus (left)
Torn ligaments in both thumbs
Osgood-Schlatter's
Cracked ribs
Broken nose
Concussions
Whiplash
Torn hamstring
Torn quad
Torn calf
no injuries for me
Nose got a lot bigger since I saw you last week ?

LOL.
You ussually end up having a small operation for that else the fingers eventually become claw like, as in Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
so Ive heard. I might have an end of season meet with the doc.

Oh geez! I've had a fair few, too many to list really, and mostly from my brain making my body TRY things it wasn't willing to do.
