so which exercises are you doing? I hope you're not going to do a different one each workout. You need to pick your 3 exercises for each workout and stick to them for atleast 8 weeks.

Jumped on the scales last night and could not believe what I saw :040: !
I have had a good diet sorted for about two weeks now.

Was expecting to be about 12 and a hlaf stone but I jumped on and I was 13 stone 1 :033:

Very pleasing sight! Amazing what 6 pints of milk a day does for you ey Robert?!

Think I will now aim for 14 stone before cutting :040:

Yer there is...I just don't see the point in posting up a workout when it's gonna be exactly the same as above.

Would that not be the point of a journal then?

And surely the weights are going up?

Rage

Nope- I'm just using it as a picture journal. Gonna post more pics in 6 months and then i'll be able to compare and see if i've grown!

Can't you do that on your own PC, or do you just want to show off? :017:

I think you should use this to post your photos, workouts, and food you eat and how you feel that day

I've got nothing to show off tho mate- I'm just an average 18 year old :039: .

I put them up for constructive crticsm- Pc's don't hit back :040:

Have noted the above request.

Yep, make sure you include workouts, the weight you use, its great to be able to look back and see your progress. When I have looked back on some of my journals, its amazing the transformation I can see in training attitude, knowledge, strength and diet.

8lbs in two weeks, doubt much of that will be LBM mate.
I'd be looking at around a 1lb a week gain personally, perhaps you over-did the calories slightly?

Rage

Firstly it was 6lb... and secondly, what gave you the impression It was over two weeks I put this on?! I can't get fat btw :017: !

you have had a diet sorted for about 2 weeks it says above, so I assumed that you had gone from 12 stone 7 (or even less, that suggests this tbh), to 13 stone 1 = this is a gain of 8lbs, there are 14lbs in a stone..... :017:
