Ok lets say 100g of peanuts is 100cals (i know its more like 500 but bear with me ok) when you eat penuts they are to say the least, not properly digested, do you (as in your body) get the full amount of calories, cos tbh it looks like some of the peanuts are good to be repacked and go back on the shelf :046: , how does this apply to other foods, as i seem to remember from science lessons that to measure calories they basically burn the food and see how much energy it releases, surely if the food is not getting properly digested it isnt getting properly burnt and so this makes me wonder, is the nutrition information on the back of packets fully accurate in regards to this?
