Just thought i'd make a post here as it's empty!
Interested to know what supps users are on and what gains they have given?
I am on Creatine and Whey at the moment but i'm considering adding in another. Possibly Cyclone or something.
I am quite a good size for my age already, but i just have a burning desire to become freakishly huge.

I wouldnt use cyclone with creatine as it is just a creatine stack.
What would be the next supp for me do you think mate?
Goals are to get huge and have mammoth strength, lol.
I'm about 180lb 9%bf and 5'7'' (18 years young)
Money's not an issue... (yet!)

Tbh as far as creatine and whey goes thats about it for the natural trainer i think, There are products out there that may make a slight difference to results but as a natural im sure everyone will tell you that, diet, training and rest are the key factors. Looking at your journal the only thing i can reccomend is a rack to stretch you to 5'10" like you intend :D

At the moment I just use creatine & occasionally protein powder (doesn't have to be whey )
I relied heavily on supplements a few years back - in fact some days my entire protein intake would be in Powder form - But these days I try to get as much as possible from real food - much more enjoyable

I know, then a mate pointed out i was turning superhuman (like you and dogg) and so i stopped using supps immediately. This seemed to turn me back to a transexul.

There are even links to research and abstracts, how good they are i'm not sure as I havent looked as of yet. Nice little background summary of the herb though IMO.

Its a mix of Omega 3,6 and 9 Essential Fatty Acids.
Most peoples diets are lacking in Omega 3's (oily fish, flax) but have sufficient/too much Omega 6's (poultry, eggs, cereals etc). Supplementing with a blend is sometimes inappropiate and doesnt solve the inbalance of Omega 3 and Omega 6 intake.
For those of you who arent that familar with Omega 3's and 6's etc, here is a nice link which summarises their importance in context to each other :)

i am eating casein and whey. the odd bit of ephedrine, caffeine and viper extreme bar as i really am a lazy git. :015:
will try creatine again next year when ready to put some weight on. hopefully i will get something from it this time. the first time it really helped but the second time not so.

Ah cmon! lol Your stuff is propper bb stuff, over 1/2 of mines just for my poor old knees.
I take zero supplements. They're shit.
