i have a copy, it is an encyclpedia of training, like a textbook, its got so much stuff in it though to be honest, i dont use it as its too much like being back at uni
do you want to sell to moi? tbh, i read so much more training stuff than uni stuff that i feel at least im doing some sort of reading thats beneficial, just not beneficial to my grades, lol.

no i think u should buy a full price copy from milhouse
couldnt find it last time, though there was one copy in spanish on amazon.
