I *THINK* I've pulled a muscle in my right groin.

Can deadlift fine, can squat a couple of sets but then it becomes uncomfortable. If i rest it between lower sessions it usually feels ok, but it's annoying me now that after I've got over my knee problems, a groin one arises.

Any ideas?

only about time from staying raw for too long especially on those box squats, get yourself a suit or briefs and your groin will feel like new again..

nah mine's not as bad as CoT's i can assure ya.

Think I might have to invest in briefs then if there are no conventional ways to prevent the injury. I was however, thinking of cycling pre squats?

I have a suit that will fit you. Its yours to lend for as long as you want.

how wide is your stance? does a narrower stance help?

thanks for the offer mate, i'm gonna get some briefs though. Will work out pretty cheap if I order them to the states and get my mum to bring them over when she visits this month

my stance is pretty narrow. I picked up the injury itself by doing a tug o war with **** all grip on my trainers

Get it fixed before you make it worse-I speak from personal experience. Last year I suffered a fairly minor groin tear which I conveniently ignored, trained around and wrapped up with various neoprene supports. I finally gave in when I could barely lift my leg to climb the stairs which was September.
Physio reckoned I was a tit because I had created a mass of scar tissue which was making the original injury far worse.
Couldnt squat at all for a month afterwards......
