Any suggestions as to exercises I can do with a 10m length of rope? I will be using it in the exercise studio at the gym so preferably something that doesn't tear up the floor and need huge amounts of room.
So far have tried:
* Tying it to a bunch of weights and pulling it - problems are have to use loads of plates and the length of room is too small to make it worthwhile.
* Wrapping it around a standing punchbag and pulling it - didn't really work well.
* Waving it around madly Battling Ropes stylee - rope is too light, felt like a spazz.
* Tug of war with Ian - pretty good fun, will do it again.
* Tying it to a 6kg core ball and swinging it around my head like a barbarian - liked these, good torso exercise.
