Hey, I joined this site on the recommendation of PKpit, I work at teh same place as him.
Just started out doing weights for the first time really, so yeah any tips apart from stay away from machines?

Hi Mate, welcome to the Forum.
Do you train with pkpit as well ?
Trust me I'm eating as much pure protein as I can, I always seem to be eating.
Nope I don't train with PK even though I live maybe just less than a mile from him.

dont believe what PK says about his "special protein"
Not just protein mate, need to make sure your total cals are coming in high enough to have some spare to grow - presuming that's what you're after.

Would there be a problem if I have already succumbed to it?
Yeah tryna hit at least 4500 a day, usually more.

Crouch is way scrawnyer than me! But eyah with enough cals carbs and protein I'll do it!
