You think wrong.

You want Milhouse.

Supplement Select is now redundant. Sports Select is the new one:

The foam rollers are currently listed as out of stock, but I'm sure he'll manage to sort you out soon. Shoot a private message to BFT with your query. His company does great service.

I think they have a flat fee for delivery though so you may want to buy other stuff to make it worthwhile. Amongst other things I got this:

http://www.physique.co.uk/dolc_product.asp?CaNo=43&subId=4&PCid=451

Its pretty cool, comes with its own little cool bag so you can carry it to the gym etc.

i now have my roller thanks to Mr Gold. I am currently enjoying the pain associated with IT band rolling.

I assume that rolling along your back and getting your spine to crack is not sensible. Thoughts?

Not had much success using the foam roller on my back tbh, legs is about the best and easiest thing to use a foam roller on imo.

Tennis ball is good on your glutes, can usually find some good pressure / trigger points in there with that.

Likely to be air bubbles bursting.

The Real Deal on Cracking Your Knuckles

What's really happening when you "crack" your knuckles is that you are either pushing the joint back into or out of its normal position. Joints are the meeting points of two separate bones which are held together by connecting tissues and ligaments. A thick, clear lubricant (made mostly of carbon dioxide and some nitrogen) called synovial fluid is found between the bones. When you stretch or pull your finger to get that desired popping noise, you are causing the bones to pull apart. Pressure is reduced on the synovial fluid and bubbles form that quickly expand and then burst - which is why you get that noise.

Think that is what Webcore meant...

You'll feel it more on your back if you cross your arms over your chest. You can also roll your lats lying on your side. Two tennis balls taped together are good for going up the spinal erectors with.

Foam roller is also good for thoracic spinal mobility and reducing kyphosis.
