I think it was Dodgy Damo (?), Alex's mate that went to Poland for some type of training. Can't recall anybody going to Thailand but might be wrong

yeah i remember damo going to poland for muai thai and bjj, but then discovered him and his mates were too knackered/hungover to train twice per day.

I trained at the World Muay Thai Org's camp on Koh Samui for a fortnight and also at some quite famous place in Bangers but ive been out the game so long i forget what it were called.

I wasnt hungover just too unfit to train twice per day...oh and i was shit at BJJ. Instructor for Muay thai was Ukranian champ (Slawa Mirin) and the BJJ guy was Alexandre Paiva from Brazil, 4th Dan, gracie taught...yadda, yadda.
