For the past few weeks when i've first gotten out of bed, the muslces in soles of my feet have felt really sore / tight. Could it be related back to footwear ?
Never had it before.

I could have sworn this was in the seal skin socks thread....

Anyway, tried rolling them? Answer to all ills...

Tennis ball or golf ball

I've been getting this just of late. In the arch of my right foot. I'll try the golf ball treatment.

More so yes, but also feels sore on heel and ball on foot

Don't tell me, I need knee sleeves...

Sounds not unlike plantar fascitis then.

Okay, will have a look into that then.

Soon going to be spending more time stretching and foam rolling that training, which might not be a bad thing I suppose...
