Anybody get them?

I never get headaches normally, very very very rare and if I do they only last a minute or so but after my squat sessions (high rep ones) I get headaches regular now.

Don't last too long, 5 mins or so, by the time I am halfway through my shake I'm back to normal. I don't get them whilst training, only after I have finished.

(I will obviously seek medical attention if i feel the need)

Am I alone on this one? :022:

Doesn't happen to me... I do get a sound like wind rushing in my ears sometimes, no headaches though.

I think that's your body way of telling you to stick to the curls mate :).

on a more serious tip, I used to get proper ****ed up from deads, headaches and shivers that used to last through the nights, dont know what I changed but luckily I dont get them anymore but it was bad enough at the time to make me want to ditch the exercise all together!

oh wait, I think that was the time I use to train max singles every week!

You're probably not breathing correctly while performing them.

God knows what you'd feel like in a tight suit or shirt!!!

I’ve had a few headaches in my time, some which have lasted up to 24 hours. Main cause was high rep squats, but I’ve had one from skipping and one from benching after taking caffeine. I think this type of headache is called benign exertional headache.

Edit- Heavy benching and a higher dose of caffeine than normal.

I'd go with this i used to struggle with my breathing on certain exercises due to the way i breathed.
