I was reading your conversation on tabata burpees and shit in Pikes journal, and id downloaded that Tabata MP3 track Al posted.
So i thought id do some Tabata stuff last night...went for Super Burpee Box Jumps aka Burpee with a press up and jumping onto 4 stacked garden chairs on the ascent. It was hard and good. But my headphones were gonna fall out me lugoles. My solution is for the HARDCORE DOGS ONLY. NO SOFTCORE CATS. cOS IT SQUAHSES YOUR MOTHER****ING NOSE.
