anyone know which part of the bar is reduced in size, is it just the sleeves or is the grip part also reduced.. thinking bout getting one for pressing and gym lifts (clearance between rafters)
only one i can find is with watson gym equipment, but for 50 quid tested to 700lb sounds pretty good.

i have one for sale, ive had it for ages hardly used at all, £30 delivered if you want it, i dont except paypal though, will get a pic in a min to compare to standard bar if you like

ok in the pic i centred the bars so you can see how dimensions vary i have also pictured my oly db handle in the pic, i have a pair of these for sale too. £60 the lot delivered, no collars though didnt come with them.

I looked at the the thread and thought they look just like mine, then realised they were lol! let me get back to you though as i am just setting up a courier account at work, without that i cant afford to post them as royal mail will royally rape me on postage if i get the account running which i hope was done today as requested £30 delivered still stands

Yep certainly will, i may be selling my entire setup soon as i need the space and there is a gym close by to me thats got fairly hardcore stuff as its getting increasingly difficult to train at home, i will probably just take gym clothes to work and cruise in on the way home so i dont get into the ive sat down and now i cant be arsed rut. obviously everything will be offered here 1st before going on eBay
