Do I have to do all the work 4 you? :023: http://www.taosport.co.uk/shop/boxing/index.htm
There you go.Silly Question, what sort of intervals do you need it set for?You can do a music tape that will save you a lot of money with a bit of time spent on it?Anyone remember tapes?Basically record 3 mins of music then have 30 secs paused (or one minute etc) then 3 mins music then 30 secs.So you have 3 mins of activity/music then 30 secs silence/rest or recovery.Same aPPlies to Tabatas or HIIT.

Or little birdies tell me that some Ironman watches have interval timers on them.Bit cheaper options there.

Just get Tim to shout at you while slugging down glucose, much cheaper than buying a tape and you get the added bonus of the occasional "put some ****ing effort in you ginger fanny" thrown in for free :D
