What are peoples opinions on these:

I know people will try and compare this to curling in the squat rack or something and just tell me to lift the weight off the floor and into position, but imo these would be a great training tool, because your obviously going to be able to lift more weight if the Dumbells are in position already and you’ll be less likely to injure your self.
