sit on the floor next to a bench and put your arm on it, or use a preacher curl bench in a similar way

Will this put my arm in perfect position to allow me to do them strict?

Aye, that’s true. I just wanted a shoulder horn because I thought it would keep me in the correct position to do them properly. For some reason I can never keep them strict. I’ll give your way a try and I shall do my very best to keep them strict.

Cheers.

2 options I've used

1. Set bench in vertical position, put as many weights as necessary to have top of bench nearly as high as your armpit. Put arm on top of bench

2. Lie on your side roll up a thick towell, keep arm in line with torso. Weight starts up in front on your belly

Hope these make some sense!

From above:

2. This is known as a Lying L-Flye, not PMSH.

Buying a shoulder horn has to be THE most unnecessary purchase I have ever seen considered, just learn do them strict.

Have to agree with Aled, pointless waste of money.
