I wouldn't bother with ibuprofen mate, if its an injury or muscle sorness I find more relief from herbal shit like Arnica (bruises) and Tiger Balm (pulls/strains). And Iron tabs WTF? - Are you preggers?

My advice is give up training if you need to pill pop ibuprofen! Have you any idea the damage that is doing to your internal organs?!

As for iron get a blood test done before you take it or it can be toxic! If your blood count is 130 you don't need it.

ibuprofen - like to keep a supply at home, myself and other family members use it here and there. recommended by my doctor.

iron - for a member of my family, recommended by my doctor.
