I put up an A4 peice of paper in my gym with the words:

www.iron-city.net on the notice board. So we should have some new chumps joining up.

one criticism though, is it a good idea to call them chumps when they have only just joined?

Nah. Most of them are chumps. Some are cool though. The guys that speak to me on a regular basis all know about this site anyway, they are just to chicken sh1t to sign up.
