Device for checking squat depth

Was reading Beyond Bodybuilding and the Pavel mentions a device you wear that beeps when you hit the right squat depth.

Anybody ever heard of one or know where to get one?

Never heard of or seen one and not necessary imo. If you film yourself squatting you can get a "feel" for what decent depth is. Really useful for assessing your form too.
