Anybody got a routine they use for static stretching to improve flexibility. I will be using movement prep before a workout so would need something different.

i used to ss religously, now the only time i do is when i do the 'snakey hand move' over a birds shoulder in the flicks pretending im yawning etc...

Im no less flexible than i used to be.

I just do some dynamic shit before ME sq and that does me ok.

I've found a foam roller very good. You can get a decenty one for cheap from www.supplement-select.co.uk under "HST" Alex (who used to post here) sells them there.

Narc sent me a quality link to static stretches off T-nation, did me all kinds of good in improving flexibility and generally not aching. Probably got it hidden somewhere on a PC hard drive in a van somewhere between the UK and Switzerland, if I get time later on I'll have a search on T-nation and see if I can find it...
