I lurve dumbell benching. It is my favourite variant of this gayboy exercise. I wanna buy a decent bench. Fitness Superstore seems reputable. Here is their selection: Click (http://www.fitness-superstore.co.uk/__8_products3_asp2_5_prtID5_100367_prtName15_Utili ty+Benches9.html)

What's your suggestion?

This one appeals to me as it has decent proportions. It is basically a shit standard bench and therefore a great dumbell bench. http://www.fitness-superstore.co.uk/__12_product_info3_asp2_5_prdID4_70877_prdName41_F lat%2FIncline%2FDecline_Bench_%28Grey%293.html

Your thoughts?

£160 to do db bench!?!?

Buy some bands, wrap them around a suitable upright and do standing band bench.

PhilI think you're missing the point. I want to lie down on a bench and do dumbell benching NOT some other variant.

I'm not missing the point, but the point I'm making is you're thinking about spending £160 to buy a bench just because you want to do db bench.

It's a lot to spend esp when there's other ways to build you're chest that doesn't rely on a bench.

If it was my choice i'd have either of the powerline benches at £119.

I don't have a bench and I don't miss one either.
