Grip training is a strange concept. Most people neglect the muscularture of the lower arm in favour of working the biceps or the abs. The usual reasoning is "you can't show off your forearms or hands". Other excuses are "I don't want rough skin on my hands, the girls wont like it" or "I do high rep wrist curls, I don't need other exercises".
Bollox!
If you are one of those people who uses these excuse's or variations I suggest you fcuk off somewhere else because BengDogg's thick handled dumbells are not for you. The excuse champions are better off going down to Argos to buy some pink 2kg dumbells, add some pink furry material for added homosexual flamboyancy and pump their forarms with high rep wrist curls with the other homo/metro's at the gym.
I'm glad to see most of you are still here, which means you are interested in building your hands and forearms with one of the most effective methods possible: BengDogg's thick handled dumbell's.
Let's cut to the chase, do they work? Hell yeah. They are 2" in diameter and are manufactured to use olympic plates. They are solid and smooth yet durable, you wont need another pair ever. They can basically be used for any dumbell exercise you wish: Presses, curls, farmers walks, kick backs (giggle)... Of course the real benefit of these is the added involvement of the fingers and thumbs which will contribute to lower arm strength.
Looks? Well, this is difficult. If your a homo/metro then I'm sure you wont appreciate the ruggedness of their design as you would much prefer your pink homo bell's.
For the rest of us, they look awesome. They exhibit a metal look which is reminiscent of the hardcore gym, exactly what we're looking for. Coolness = 10/10.
Price? LMAO, they are a bargain, end of. They retail at £40 including delivery.
If you're stupid enough to buy the IronMind ones then go ahead dumbass, dont take advantage of this bargain. If you dont have the cash then ask your parents, relatives, wife, girlfriend to get you them for Christmas, problem sorted, no excuses.
Not convinced? Well you should be. BengDogg's thick handled dumbells will improve your grip strength and are an essential part of any athlete's repertoire.
BengDogg's service is good, he keeps you well informed, is polite and is trustworthy (as other members can testify).
Email BengDogg directly for orders for thick handled barbell's/dumbell's and other grip toys.

P.s No Cheggers, doing Coc grippers is not the same as thick bar work.
