Ok how much a day should a 90kg person take of chondrointin and also glucosomine?

For somebody weighing between 120 to 200 pounds the typical dosage recommendation is 1,200 milligrams chondroitin, 1,500 milligrams Glucosamine.

Cheers mate, im on 1500 glu and 1050 chon they are 350 mg so i may go up to 1400 chron, im 200 lbs ish atm
