and mentioned the bones water thing. does anybody have the proper name for it as i would like to buy some.
currently i have something called: Wong To Wick: Woodlock, Medicated Balm

Definitely get it from an Oriental supermarket, its a lot cheaper than the Chinese medicine shops. They usually keep it behind the counter.
It has a cooling effect which is stronger if you have a hot bath/shower beforehand. If you intend to use it on large areas then don't apply after hot bath/shower otherwise you'll be curled up in a ball under the duvets crying.

well, i ended up getting it from Dr & Herbs as that was the only place I could think of that had it - £5 for 30ml :044:
