Shoulder Prob

I know its difficult to diagnose anything over the internet but my right shoulder is currently killing me. I haven't done anything that could have aggrevated it I just woke up with it the other day, currently hurts when I do a upper cut type motion inbetween front delt and bicep. Can post pic of prob area if needed.

Just wanted some general opinions so I can guide the Phys/Chiro in the right way.

My recent 'shoulder' problem was due to an inflamed bicep tendon-mixture of massage, stretch and the dreaded 'rest' seemed to sort it out.
