Hi guys, i'm trying to build up my biceps, this is the routine i have been doing

barbell curls 4 x 10
db curls 4 x 10
reverse curls 4 x 10
concentration curls 4 x 10

i do this every day, i dont do any other exercises as I only want to build my biceps.

is this a good routine?

its not just about hardwork PK my naive friend - you need to be spending AT LEAST £100/month on supplements

Yeah and I think you should take half a kilo of Dianabol and 5 grams of test every day to help gains! Lol!

That'll only work if you're wearing a belt and straps, otherwise you're not isolating the muslce enough

Remeber that you have to do any bicep exercises in that rack thingy in the corner that normally has those beastly large people hanging around it.And they are not called biceps they are known as GUNZ!

I thought that's where you migrated to. :039:

His other mental workout came up in some search results a while back. I bookmarked it to see what other crazy stuff he'd post in the future and there you have it. :045:

So what is the name of the routine that gave you your nice posture.

"Homeboy Hypertrophy". It's right up your street.

That pic you are reffering to was years old when it was posted. Posture still isn't great, but it's a hell of a lot better.

I doubt it man, don't think all the cubans and scaps rotations would have helped you, It was looking like you might have needed to go under the knife to revert the damage, better yet you can put up a pic and prove me wrong.

Hahaha, Is that meant to embarass me, Thanks for taking it that seriously. I won't even bother wasting time trying to find that horrific picture of yours, I'm still hunted by those images everytime I forget to do some external shoulder work.

Those cleans are classic pick! But hey, I'd be crushed under what you've been squatting lately so its all relative I guess. Re: The Phoenix workout - The guy seems to have some sensibel exercise choices but he just fills the rest of the workout with a whole host of unnecessary ones too, he also does more cardio than me yet he weighs in at a paltry 160lbs, his avatar photo if its him is comedy too. He needs to EAT.
