For as long as i can remember my left leg/hip socket clips during a certain range of movement for example it always happens say when i straddle my surfboard between waves.

I can always make it click by lifting left knee up so top of thigh is parallel to the floor and then rotating leg outwards,

Is this something i should get checked out? Or because it causes me no problems just live with?

Probably IT band clicking over greater trochanter, but might be worth checking out anyway. I assume you're not rolling/stretching your IT band?

No i dont do any rolling or stretching really, in fact the reason i thought i should ask the question is because i noticed it when i started to doing a little extra stretching/prep before squatting

Mines the same-you've described it to a tee. Nothing on the right hand side!

Uncanny, chi & BK - same here! Never had anything on the right.

Deadbugs make mine pop. And incline situps.
